@Piperbird made this lot a bit back and I have it in my game. I can't wait to turn it into apartments! It's going to be a perfect apartment lot in any of the worlds!

It would look nice in Oasis Springs.
I live in Florida and there's plenty of similar apartment complexes around.

Thank you @Piperbird ! I have been dying to use this as apartments and you know I love your builds! I had my legacy family living there and loved it! I play one family so I tend to change houses not sims LOL but this is one of my all time favorites!

I'm so bummed! Turns out we can't build our own complexes so this lot will have to remain a single family home. It's still awesome, just not for CL.

Oh, I may have jumped the gun a little. I can't turn it into a true apartment but someone had mentioned the roommate feature. I'll have to learn more about that, including how many roommates we can have and if they are uncontrollable, but there is still some hope to make this lot work as a semi apartment anyway. I refuse to give up!

Yes! It might be really feasible if roommates are uncontrolled. *fingers crossed*
