IMy guess on apartments

From the trailer it looks like we'll get a mix of Sims 3 and Sims 2 apartments. It looks like apartments will be in shells like they are in the Sims 3 but with the functional doors of the Sims 2. I don't think the shells will be editable, hence why the blog says that you can't knock down outside doors and windows and stuff. However if it works this way then that still opens up lots of potential with this EP.
It would mean we could brownstones and condos using the speciality apartment doors and just code the regular lot as an apartment. Then voila! Instant condos in downtown Willow Creek or wherever you want them to be. Just my guess though.
