If you take a look to the trailer of the Sims 4 Base Game you can see Marcus Flex with blond haire, and it looks like he's a secret agent. So they might use some sims of the base game trailer for new worlds. But however this isn't big news I noticed something else. On the new Sims 4 Video from LGR he said something about waiting a couple days for something new (I was thinking of the Sims 4 City Life) And it is a fact that Youtubers now more than we. If you have seen the vlogs of Deligracy you could see her talking and dining with simgurus. So maybe LGR knows more! This might meen that they will release the trailer soon
