Filters and Painting From Reference

I was practicing My wedding portrait making with my sims. And it dawned on me.
Why can't sims paint in Black & White or Sepia, when Painting from Reference?
also Posing for paintings Like the photography set up in Get to Work?
I want to make these grand portraits for my Sims, like the Portraits that came with Get Together, The Von-Huant Ghosts, what ever their names are, when they were alive.
Still waiting on Sketch Pads. paining is fun and all but really sketching is one of my main hobbies, I really want it to be my sims too.
