      Yum, but I'd have to have them as just steak now, no cumin, cilantro, and many other things that make good fajitas.

      I personally like my steak so rare it's RAWRE, so...does anyone else like their steak "bleeding"? Yum or ew?

      When done well, they are nice. But sadly, there's a restaurant that even specializes in them and they are so bad there! The pastry is heavy, greasy, tough, and flavorless, and they are filled with what tastes like equal parts Crisco shortening and powdered sugar, nothing else to it. I have no idea how or why people rave about that...it's truly an insult to Cannoli. Yes, please, I would love some, when made properly.
