The Longevity Challenge!

I want to really get the most out of this game, and I want to see what EVERY aspiration and career is like. So this is what I was thinking of doing:
It's kind of a "legacy" challenge but with very different rules. I was thinking of turning aging off, and taking one sim and completing an aspiration and career, and have at least one kid. Then as soon as they've completed both their aspiration and career, I age them up to elder and they retire. I then pick a new aspiration and career for their offspring. That way in each generation one sim has experienced a unique aspiration/career, and when I'm done I've gone through them all.
Any thoughts on this? I've never created any sort of challenged gameplay so I don't know if this is going to be fun, but it sounds like it would! If you have any ideas on how I can bump this up, I would love to hear it
