    house on the beach?

    in The Sims 3 General Discussion
    i've seen a couple times that people had houses on the beach but there is no lot icon on it. how do you put a house on the beach?

      Well there are several lots right next to the beach, and you can recolor the grass to look like sand. Or, you can change the one community lot that's actually on the beach and turn it into a residential lot. But, I think most poeple just took a lot near the beach and made it look like it's on the beach.

      ok thanks. i just thought it was actually on the beach because you could see like a cliff behind the house.
