Gallery lots not showing up

Are EA clearing the gallery? Or is this my security settings problem in Windows 10?
I just asked as I was browsing around and lots are blank in some cases and so are the whole or some of the maker's downloads. I get the "Oops" message when I check them. (I don't have any of my own in there at present).
