Could Not Activate Using This Computer With This Account

So apparently I can no longer play TSM. I tried reinstalling, updating, repairing, signing in and out, looking up the issue with no fixes. I'm just not sure what to do.
It worked before, I bought it on sale on Steam with the DLC then activated the codes on Origin and it all worked fine months ago.

Is it a disk or a digital download?
Either way, if I were you I would contact EA Support for assistance.
EA may supply you with a new code - I think codes you can only be used five times or on a couple of computers.
From your post, you have used up three of these times so that is probably the reason.
