    Sims 3 download?

    So... I bought sims 3 starter pack today. I started downloading the first disk about an hour ago. It's still on preparing download. Why is it taking so long? Is it normal for it to take so long? Is there a problem? I love the sims and was very excited to play it.

      Did you download origin? You need origin to install if your using disc https://www.origin.com/en-us/download
      Origin needs to patch the game

      If your using download version of the game it depends on the speed of your internet how long it will take to download

      Hey! I got it to work after restarting my laptop. These new options for the language and what files came up and then started downloading. I don't know why they didn't come up the first time. :/
