Sims Want To See The Ghosts of Their Enemies

I've been playing ts2 Pet Stories today and when the protagonist starts to despise the antagonist, one of their wants is "see the ghost of ____". I thought that was hilarious. The game pretty much asks you to mercilessly kill sims!

I haven't made enemies in a regular ts2 game before, though, so is that a want in the regular ts2?

Yes anytime a burglar robs my families in TS2 they always want to see his ghost.

It is a normal want for any sims, not just burglars. I find that knowledge sims get it this most of anyone. Any sim will get it if it's an enemy, knowledge sims can get it with any sim.
I'm not sure what the game decides that they'll roll that want. I'm pretty sure a sim with a ton of nice points won't get it.
