Okay so this is a project that has lasted almost a years and has been across different computers and been made through different combos of game expansions installed. When I first heard about Island Paradise's ability to have community lot-houseboats, including resort-boats, I was thrilled. I finally was going to be able to at least somewhat achieve having a type of cruise ship in the game. And low and behold my dream is finally finished. She finally ready to set sail! (couldn't resist, sorry)

I need to notify everyone before download, this lot was built using a TON of expansion/stuff pack items, as well as numerous store items and modded items. As I go through each level of the lot, i'll list what each room requires, but the most important item that is a MUST is the resort tower rugs from Margaret Pendragon from her site: http://simsl3gacies.com As of right now she is closed for download requests and while I may disagree with her method of sharing mods, I will respect her wishes and WILL NOT SHARE MY DOWNLOAD LINK I was given. If you don't have this mod currently then I am sorry, but these rugs were the only way to have room to make all I wanted to do with this resort. You could still download it and remodel it to fit a normal resort tower if you wish.

On a happier note, the other modded items are actually just Ani's redo mods for some game objects.

Top Deck
Includes: Large pool with slide and fountain, small pool with pool bar, Rock Climbing, shuffleboarding, Lounge chairs, and spa area.





Required Gameplay Items: Vertical Challenge Rock Wall (Store), Infinite Zen Massage Table (Store), Steam-It-Up Sauna (Store), and Shuffleboarding Table (Late Night)



Whelp, there you guys have it! Sorry if the higher angle pics bother you but I wanted to take a few quick a pictures just to give a taste of what this resort has.
Another things I wish to add is that the Movie Theater, Showroom, and Casino are meant to be fenced off with the ticket machine, just to add a but of realism.
I also haven't yet tested the routing of this lot much, what I'm the most concerned of is the pool table. If any of you experience issues, please let me know.
