EA Game Specs...?

Before I bought the game, I checked the specs listed on this site and according to it, my game should run fine.
I'm having some of the typical problems everyone else is having, like not too hot graphics (even when I re-set at a higher level), fuzzy stuff, slow loading in buy and build, ect.
So what I'm asking is, what is *probably* my problem? Should I get a better graphics card? More RAM? I'm not a computer whiz so I have no idea.
