Are sims allowed to have more than one hobby? My sim needs to cook something on the stove since theyre hungry, but it says they will lose their knowledge of fishing. Should I forget about the fiahing hobby since they need to eat? Please help!!!

No. They aren't allowed to have more than one hobby. But you shouldn't make them cook anything if cooking isn't their hobby. Instead you should only make them bake on the stove or eat leftovers from the refrigerator. Doing those things won't affect their fishing skill or cooking skill at all

Alternative to eating leftovers from the fridge, you can have Sims with the cooking hobby go to other houses and cook food which the occupants can eat then or later, or you can gather up to 10 Sims together at a house where you have a cook and they can all eat the food he/she cooks. I do think it is rather crazy that cooking basic food is considered a hobby though, I would have thought it an essential life skill lol.
