"If it's 'Broke' Hardware" Store

I recently decided it would be fun to build a hardware store, and so here it is:

I wanted a more realistic way to have my sims go to the store to purchase upgrade parts, instead of buying them online. The store has all the types of upgrade parts, workbenches, grills, houseplants, planters and skill books for handyness, fishing, and gardening.
