    Watching Movies, Nothing but Static

    I had my Sim buy the outdoor movie tv and when she watches a movie, there's nothing but static and some blurred colors. I've tried multiple movies and they're all the same. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

      This is new since the most recent game update when you are playing fast-forwarded: the game is now also fast-forwarding movies and TV like it does music. Apparently, CC TVs and the angled one that hangs on the wall are not affected by the change. There isn't currently a cheat for it, though, like for music.

      I believe that happens only when you speed up your game. Try watching some of the movies in normal speed

      Ahh. Thanks. That may have been set on the middle speed. Thanks. I'll check it out on normal. :)
