My sims phone wont shut up!

Her cell keeps ringing and theres not an option to answer it so i cant get it to stop. This happen to anyone else??? Any suggestions to fix it? Its driving ne bonkers!!!

try clearing your cashe files . These are temp files and will regenerate every time you start your game. This will help get rid of some bugs

If that does not work try resetsim cheat and if that does not work evict your sim in edit town and place them back.This works better than resetsim
