You either have a graphics card/processor combo that is not suitable to run the Pets EP or your hardware is fine but needs some adjusting as the newest ranges of cards don't always work well with TS3 without a bit of coaxing. It's impossible to tell which without the dxdiag report that Colton asked for.
Hi. Not sure what you are trying to put in there but even Members cannot inject images directly into message boards threads. We have to use links to external file sharing services. But New Members cannot do either.
Anyway, the answer is the same as has been stated several times on this thread. Pets is a very demanding EP. Not all systems can handle it and some of those that can need a little help with graphics card settings adjustments. Without a dxdiag report or some details on your computer's specs, there isn't really anything we can suggest to do. http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information
im having the same problem! i have a Acer Aspire R3 serious , is my computer good enough to run the game ?
There appear to be many different models in the Aspire R3 product line. But the ones I just looked at have processors that are too weak to run more than just the base game and they have no dedicated graphics card, which means that the heavier EPs like Pets (Seasons, IP, ITF, probably several of the others) would unfortunately be out of the question.

If it does not fit, split it up into multiple posts.

Some of them appear to have only 2 GB of RAM total, which would be not enough for even the base game. We would have to see specs to determine for sure.
