I using a Amazon device to!
I saved a copy of my game from another device and was asked to set up a account with a Amazon' app you use to install the sims freeplay instead of google play. So I set up a account and it even asked for my card detail and after I did that it let me download and install the Sims freeplay and updated it. But now it won't let me buy anything from the store as I get a error message
It just tells me its talking longer to submit and that I will receive an email when Its submitted!
So far no emails received and after the the error massages It gets stuck connecting to the store eveytime!
Do you know of a customer services option I could maybe contact?
Its just a Amazon fire model! Only using it for WiFi and freeplay but I just found my account with Amazon thanks to your link!
I can see two of the orders I made in the history but its left a notice that I need to update the credit card details again before the order can be completed!
It could have told me this by email
I think in future I will keep an eye on the account at Amazon update my detaills which seem to be why I couldn't complete the order!
@marcel21, YAY!! I am so glad you figured it out so quickly and that it was such an easy fix! Maybe they have a different email for you than the one you are currently using? But still, I don't think I have gotten notification when my card info became outdated so I don't know. !!
