Game crashes - sims 3 stopped working

Recently I've reinstalled the game and almost all of the expansion packs...
It is on same computer as earlier, when everything was normal.
Now it is very laggy, it crashes all the time during normal gameplay (without many sims in towns and lots). Saving the game lasts about 5 minutes, loading game even more...
All my games are at the very begining, I've tried different cities, most of them from expansion packs...
Gameplay is also difficult, textures are not loading when they should...
I've removed custom contents, even tried reinstalling again...
On this computer I have no problem with Sims 4, and everything is so smooth...
