    I'd avoid that 2-in-1 laptop.

Most 2-in-1s are either too weak or have too weak of a graphics card.

The best you can do when it comes to a 2-in-1 is one of Lenovo's Yogas, which one of them is equipped with a GT 940M.

This MSI, not a 2-n-1, is best if you are on a budget (£829).

This MSI has better specs though...

its possible it could be fine but be prepared to lower settings when the game becomes more graphically demanding, the 920m is below recommend specs

i will say get the exact model number and look up its gaming performance at notebookcheck.com its very important to know if this laptop is designed well for gaming on paper its specs seem fine to ok for gaming.

That laptop will play Sims 4 fine. 920M really isn't that bad of a videocard. It's not great by any means, but it's a modern card intended for light gaming, and can play many new games on low-ish settings.

930m ad 940m are both quite a bit better though.

Whereas a 920M will average 32 fps on high settings, a 930M will average 40 fps on high and 33 on ultra, and a 940M will get 1-2 fps higher than the 930M. 940M is nearly the same card as a 930M, both are based on the previous-gen 840M, the 940M is just slightly higher clocked. I would get something with a 930M over a 940M if the price difference between the two were to be a concern.

If spending a bit more is an option however then a 950M however is a great card for its pricepoint. It's significantly more powerful than the 940M. It's also the first card in the series to be dubbed with the GTX moniker NVIDIA uses to specify its "gaming" cards. 950M gets 55 fps on high settings and 46 on ultra settings. 960M and above will play Sims 4 at 60+ fps on all settings.

The OP should factor in how many packs they plan on adding. That does effect the spec requirements on top of base game.

agree. Not only packs, eps, gps etc but patches alone make the game more demanding. Even worse if you add cc and mods. Laptops are not up-gradable so if you have low specs and can no longer play because our laptop cant handle the game add ons your stuck.
