    The Sims Twitters?

    Hi everyone. I'm knew to the whole Twitter thing but I'd really like to keep an eye on Twitter so I can follow all Sim news. I was wondering if someone could please give me a list of all the Twitters please?

    The only one I have so far is this one: https://twitter.com/SimGuruSarah?ref_src=twsrc^tfw
    But if you could tell me all of them then that would be great!

    I was never interested in finding news on Twitter before but now what with Get Together and game pack 3 in the works it seems like a great time to find news on The Sims Twitters.

    I apologise if I don't seem my usual happy self. I'm having a bad afternoon.

      Well, the best way to get to the sims twitter itself is click on "The Sims" logo at the top of the page, click community then click twitter. For individual sim gurus, can't you do a search for SimGuru* or something? I generally don't use twitter, so I'm not sure how good the search engine is.

      Just search 'simguru' and they'll all just pop up

      @ejoslin I'll try that. Thanks for your reply :) Hopefully it will work but I have an internet restriction thing which may block it you see, so I thought it would be easier to ask here. Even though I became an adult in February this year sometimes I still feel like a child :)

      Just go on SimsVip. Although their new design is horrible, I don't like going there anymore myself, it feels too complicated for no good reason. Maybe you can try.

      This list is created by The Sims team and has every single guru's twitter handles and is the best way to keep up with news from twitter https://twitter.com/TheSims/lists/simgurus/members

      All you do is subscribe to the list, and it should notify you whenever there's a new tweet on your dashboard, however, I rarely go to my dash, so I just have it bookmarked which is even easier. And when you see something that peaks your interest, or you're unsure of a tweet reply, just click their twitter profile and go to tweets and replies and you'll see every last tweet which is where most pack info comes from, as the tweet splash page for anyone's twitter does not show all tweets and replies.

      The best people to definitely follow (along with topics they cover the most) for the most information are Graham (Game Interactions, Programming, Stuff Packs, general game questions/ep quesitons), Sarah (Game packs, game packs, game packs), Daniel (Anything and anything, especially the upcoming expansion pack), Aaron (Build, build, and more build), and Lyndsay (Generally anything regarding the game). Those four are the most active of the bunch in terms of answering and interacting via twitter. Azure, Romeo, Lakshmi, Russkii, and Riley have their on and off weeks as well (I'd list Trevor, but I don't think he's been as active lately), but again best thing to do is bookmark and subscribe to the list so you don't have to follow.

      Don't worry about feeling like a child. I was old enough and married at 19, but didn't feel like an adult, until I turned 21. Embrace the child in yourself. It's what creative people must do to remain creative. :)

      I know. their previous design was more user friendly. Now the website feels complicated as a business site
      Everything I post is an opinion here and I think every post of others is as well.

      So glad you feel a bit better. You should know I am still married to the same man. Coming May, it will be 42 years. Mother of 3 (all grown) grandmother of 8. I try to make sure I have fun every day. :D Now, go out and make it a great day!

      @GalacticGal Oh wow you've been married for 42 years! :) that's wonderful. I'm so pleased for you and your family. My mum and dad celebrated their Silver Wedding (25th) Anniversary in October which was nice :) That's so nice that you're married. And you've got a loving great big family! Hugs <3

      :) Yes, I'm one of those 'older' players on these forums. Started playing Sims2 in August 2005. Heretofore, I just wasn't interested in PC games.

      I just look up Simguru twitter on Google and you will find have an official list on Twitter itself... I like twitter because there are no ads and you don't need an account to read the tweets. I haven't been on SimsVIP for a while, the last time I went on there, I counted 17 ads on one page. It's too invasive and there seems to be a lot of filler content these days :/

      I think I've managed to solve the whole days-fly-by-so-quickly problem. I get up early and somehow it seems to stretch the day. Or, maybe it's just a matter of perception — or maybe it's just these glasses. :open_mouth: Yes, I am rather cheeky. I just try to find humor in things. Makes a day better. :)
