Not able to get into my Sims Freeplay

My Sims Freeplay is stuck on the logo screen and will not allow me to play. It goes through the tips and says it's loading, but then it stops. I am on level 44 and afraid I will loose everything. Can someone please help? I tried contacting the firemonkey support team as I was referred there and I don't know all info they request to sumit a request from them to even help. Please help...
