Anyone know of a good home for my household?

Hey! So, I found this house on the gallery, and I thought it was great for my current family, which has three kids and two adults (and they're currently still living in a starter house). So I put it on an empty lot, and I checked the price, and we needed to raise 25,000 simoleans. I even had to stop auto-aging, because by the time we would raise enough money, the children would be moving out.

So the problem is that I needed to move a different family into a house and by accident I picked the one that I wanted my original household to move into, so now I need one for my original household.

I'm looking for something that's sort of like a retirement house, because soon the kids are going to grow up into young adults and they'll have to move out anyway. Only two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. (And not SUPER expensive, since I would like it to be pretty small.)

Does anyone know of any?

Also, I need it to be from the gallery, you can just give me the username and if you want, the house name, but I'll probably find it.

I don't want to use cheats because I've done that too many times :blush:
