    HELP - The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Origin

    Hello!
    I downloaded TS2UC when you could put in the code, but I tried to download it but I didn't have enough memory.
    Months later, I have enough GB to download it and I don't have it in My Games.
    I'm pretty sure it was in my Origin Account, ArianaVerySweet1. (or ArianaVerySweet2)
    Could anybody please help me? I've been begging to play TS2 for AGES. :(

      So sorry to hear that. The only thing I can suggest is to contact Custom Service and ask them. It's near the bottom of the page under Help. :)

      You don't have to download the game immediately after purchasing it. It's still saved on your library, so you can download it anytime you want, since you purchased it while the code was still availiable. Are you sure it's not tagged as 'hidden'? I changed my pc and downloaded it normally from my Origin account.

      Try entering the code again and tell us what happened. Good luck!
