Been doing some building, here are some of them..

The Naked Gnome Pub is a small cozy pub on a 20x15 lot

I'm so Blue is a 3x2 blue themed family home uses a lot of stuff packs

White Bright White themed 1 bedroom on a 20x15 lot

RedRum is a red themed large house with an empty basement

Renovated Warehouse was inspired by one I saw in real life.

It is great that you have you set up a showcase thread for your builds Each of the builds are very nice! Very nice exterior designs of each of them. Very nice roofing on the builds, and the types of and placement of the windows in the builds look very nice. It is nice that you have based your Renovated Warehouse build on a real life building that you have seen.

Eccentricity Is the perfect home for the single artist/outdoors/DIY sim. Grill area downstairs along with craft room, firepit, and gardening area. Upstairs main living areas with a bedroom and large patio on the third floor.

Eccentricity is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home is very nice! The slanted roofing looks very nice! Nice colours and texture of the exterior walls. Very nice upper outdoors patio for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine. The plants look nice on the edges of the building. Very nice outdoors cooking and dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ there and eating the meals at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Nice gardening area for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the gardening boxes. It is great that there is a room where sims can enjoy doing crafting on the woodwork table and painting on the easel . The layout of the interior of the home is very nice.
The home is very nice.

New the Museum de Muerte where the skeletal remains of the dearly departed are displayed in everyday tableaus to interact with the living. Uses MOO, resized, and unlocked items. NoCC. Can be found under origin ID beckiewink or by searching #noirran.

The exterior design of Museum de Muertre is very nice! The roofing is very nice! Very nice front porch and upper balcony! It looks nice how there are steps on both the left and right sides of the front entrance. Nice seat bench sitting areas on the front porch for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the air. It looks great how you have placed the skeletons in the various areas of the museum to reflect the name of your build. It looks nice how you have used the red barrier ropes to separate off the fireplace and bookshelves area. The grim reaper gnome is a great touch on the fireplace ledge. Sims will enjoy sitting in the armchairs there warming up near the fire and reading a book. The new wall pattern looks great on the walls of the build! The red and black colour scheme of the interior looks great! Very nice bar area! It looks very nice how you have placed the drinks display wall shelves and curtains there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. They will have fun playing chess at the table. Nice kitcgen area for sims to enjoy cooking a meal whilst visiting the museum. The red curtains and the black walks look very nice together! They create a great look to and feel in the build.
The museum is great for sims to visit.
