    Here is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family starter that I have tested with a family of 5. The house consists of 3 floors and has an established vegetable garden and apple grove. The best part about it is that it fits the budget of a family (under $21000). Check out the pics - comments are welcome.

      I did not expect that when I opened this thread! I love this house! Rec'ed it and fave'ed it.

      I love what you did with the sticking out bit and the roofs... It's really really nice! Keep making lots!

      if you dont have the premium item, then the game will replace it with the next closest thing.

      Yes I saw that was the premium item. I checked my house again and I definitely didn't use that bed. You can see in the pics that the 3 single beds are not "the loner comfort single bed". It is very strange. I wonder if it is some kind of glitch in the game?

      What a cute little house! I love all of the pop-outs that you've used to make the exterior more interesting. It looks like a cozy place to raise a family! Nice work! :D
