Houses becoming empty when sims move out needs fixing

When we move sims out of houses the furniture is disappearing whether you tell the sims to add it to their inventory or not when they leave. This is keeping other sims from automatically move into the house on their own.
When your sims move out they have only 2 choices add furniture to their home inventory or sell furniture. Either way it leaves the house empty. We need an additional option called leave all furniture. We didn't have this issue in TS3.
