No, it's just a bad google translate thing, since the original article is in French.
The pool tool will be a part of that EP or a Patch (we do not know yet!)

Oh okay then. I was like what are they talking about? But since it was from a French article on Get Together. French is a beautiful, but very tricky language to understand. Thankfully the article wasn't in Chinese. Then it would have gotten really confusing. Thank you for clearing that bit up.
