My Sims cuddled in bed -- here's proof!

Even their son couldn't believe it!
Ok, ok, it was a glitch and I doubt I could recreate it. Essentially, both parents were in bed (on opposite sides), and the dad got up. I had instructed the son to wake up the mom but before he could, the dad got back in bed. I think dad thought the mom was going to get up. Instead, they both fell asleep.
I'm lucky I caught the photo because in the next second or so, they fused together (literally, not in a woohoo sense), so it looked like one Sim with patchy skin. Interestingly enough, when dad got back up, mom was half under and half on top of the blankets. Her right leg was on top, her left leg was under. Weird.
Anyway, I thought it was funny, considering how many folks really want cuddling back in TS4. Thought I'd share

I agree, that was always so cute - it's just weird to have your Sims sit on the side of the bed like they do now. Sitting like that is so unromantic and uncomfortable (or at least it looks that way). I guess it's a good thing they can give each other back rubs, poor things, nothing to support their backs while they sit on the bed
