    Hey penguin here AGAIN.... So, um are 7z files NOT CC or do I need to do something to them or what? Help PLEASE :#;)

      It's just archived files. You'll need a program to extract the packages inside. There's something called 7zip and it's free :)

      7z are compressed files - like ZIP or RAR. Certainly not a format choice I'd use for public distribution.
      But a program like 7Zip or WinRAR will be able to open it, and you'll be able to extract the required .package files from it.
      Performance, Price, Portability - pick two.

      Should be able to open them and pull the .package out and drop it in your Mods folder?
      What happens when you open it?

      OMG I figured it out!!! i just had to manually extract it because it was saying i already did it LOL! it's ALL GOOD!
