WCIF Megahood?

The TS2 megahood on MTS2 download link is broken and the artist hasn't logged in in a very long time. No one answers questions on where to find it and I'd like to redownload it. I had it in my game however, I want to start over my game and can't figure a way to restart the neighborhood as the megahood I had installed. Anyone perhaps have that DL saved somewhere and can share it?
