social interaction support, please!

Often when interacting with another Sim, various whims crop up such as "compliment someone" or "tell a joke". I would like those options to shift to the first round of options in the social queue, rather than having to click through several menus looking for the interaction. I often pause the game while searching for the interaction! Is this a possibility?
