"Calling over" using phone!!! *Very useful*

Im hoping for a call over option using the phone. There's some conditions that needed this.
When my played sim is in a big sized lot or going vacation with non-household sims.
For some time they get seperated even further but in the same lot. I can't track them all the times especially the NPCs. They dont come back to the lodging. I dont know a better way to call them over. The current call over function has its limitation, you can only call those sims when they're nearer. But with a call over using phone, you can ask them to come over no matter how further they are when they're in the same lot.
My suggestion for this new interaction is.... the played sim will hold their phone and wait until the targeted sim pickup their phone... and the little call over chat begin to call them over.
