Frogs that are more like pets

I like that we have frogs in the game. However, they are objects and not pets. You cannot feed them or play for them. I would like to be able to feed and play with the frogs that are in the game. I want frogs that hop around their cage. I want frog breeding to be that frogs lay eggs that develop into baby frogs. How cute would baby frogs be in the game! Teens and children sims can even pull pranks that they can release the frogs in the house or at school. If they do it at school, they can get a detention for doing that.

Yes fish too. I also want to be able to feed my fish and have my sims watch them swim in the fishbowl.
