Sims 4 Store - CAS Items

I don't know about everyone else, but I am in desperate need of a Sims 4 store.
I have used all original CAS / Build and Buy objects so much and it is starting to get a bit stale.
So, I would like to suggest a Sims 4 store the equivalent to the Sims 3 Exchange, or at the very least I think we need some new items added to the game. I have been looking around and have seen a lot of Custom Content out there and most of it is beautiful however I really don't like to use Custom Content and would much rather have a actual Sims 4 store.
Also on top of this I would love to see the option to be able to lock doors in game play.
