I personally would hate to be a Sports Star, because in my own opinion, I find them to be all ignorant and arrogant. (Soccer players in particular, not so much football players or rugby players). But if I were one, this is what I would buy:

My Dream house (or apartment in this case). 432 Park Avenue Apartment. The best thing about living in this building is that you cannot see the towering monstrosity (432 Park Avenue) when you look out and admire the view. It is the best view in the city, assuming you have an apartment which has a 360 degree view of the city.
