Is there a fix yet for broken employees who do nothing?

I'm getting a bit miffed at Get To Work and that major bug about useless employees. Just when I thought they had finally made Sims 4 a viable game after shredding it down to revamped Sims 2 era game, they allow bugs to destroy it's one saving grace. I don't care if my employees interact or dance or not (they had break times in Open For Business to do that) and I don't care if you remove all social interactions until they resemble lobotomized zombies as long as they actually do the tasks allocated. Ive played the doctor and no interactions occur unless instigated by the player. Please fix it before it falls back into a tired ancient remake of Open For Business/Ambitions
