    I can't find that desk fan found in the science lab and the police station.

    I would've figured it would be a career unlock, but i did the cheat and looked in the catalog filtered only to see "Get To Work" items, but nothing showed up. So i checked Buydebug. Nothing. Where is it?

      You get it from doing the detective career. It's one of the later items.

      Actually, the Detective Career gives you MOST of the unlockable items.
      Kato, Kato, rhymes with tomato.

      I looked in every category, i can't seem to find it. Do you know what the name of it is?

      You could try searching "arctic kiss fan" in Buydebug.
