Making a Diagnosis *glitch/bug?*

So my doctor performs enough tests to get a compelling diagnosis.
Options given: Llama Flu or Sweaty Shivers. The sim is not showing any definitive symptoms so I
Save As, incorrectly diagnose Llama Flu, exit to menu, then reload the save I made.
Options given are now Starry Eyes, Bloaty Head or No Illness. Huh?
My sim incorrectly chooses (eeenie meenie miney mo) Bloaty Head.
Reload.
Options given are Llama Flu and Sweaty Shivers again.
Sim incorrectly diagnoses Sweaty Shivers... ummm, what?
Reload.
options: Starry Eyes, Bloaty Head
Sim incorrectly diagnoses Starry Eyes
Reload:
Options: Gas and Giggles. The sim has NO symptoms for Gas and Giggles /shrug oh well.
CORRECT DIAGNOSIS!! oookaaay....
