multi level windows?

Hi, I am trying to make a home with a multi lvl entrance. Yet I cannot put 2 story windows in it. I removed the floor so it's open, I was able to do this in previous sims games just curious if anyone knows how.

make sure the wall size is correct choose the largest i think

Unless there is a floor it won't allow me to place a window, and I am trying an open concept living room. I did it on previous sims games but still can't figure it out

There's two workarounds. Raise the walls and place the largest doors/windows, or use bb.moveobjects
