    Befriended Co-workers Stop Going to Work?

    As far as I can tell, every time my Scientist becomes friends with one of his co-workers they stop coming to work and get replaced my a new Sim. On the relationship panel, it still says that Sim is a co-worker... But they just stop going to work for some reason. Maybe because they show up at my Sim's house at 9am every morning to hang out? So weird...

      Different co workers seem to show up on different days ( for me at least)

      Sounds like a bug to me. You might want to report this in the bug forum.
