Try buying a computer like mine with a GeForce 560m single or sli graphics card and a Intel core i7 4gen processor and you won't have a bug issue
When it comes to bugs, it's typically not the computer, it's usually in the game or in the save file. That's why when they are working on bugs on the bug forums, they will typically ask for the save file. It's not my computer, I promise you that.
I have worked with the gurus and other people on the forums to iron out more than a few bugs. I just prefer not to use mods or CC as they tend to cause more problems than they resolve, like I said.
From my experience in the bugs and issues forums, the first troubleshooting step is to remove mods and CC because they cause so many issues.

When it comes to issues with the game in general it can very well be the computer, but bugs in the games is more commonly, from my experience, caused by the save file, mods or CC, or the game just needs to be repaired.

I'm not interested in using mods so if I haven't signed already consider me signed. Add gender specific restroom doors and stalls (obviously keeping the non gendered door so everyone is happy) and you can double sign me.
