Robot fish?

Is there a fishing spot for robot fish in the University world? I thought I'd have my sim fish for one for an opportunity back home, but haven't found one.
I think I found the deathfish spot last trip.
edit: I just placed the fishing spot community lot from the bin (I think from the base game) between Champion Lake and the beach and added the robot fish spawner via buydebug.
