Get to Work purchase not appearing in Origin

Hi,

I purchased GTW via Origin weeks ago and I seem to recall that the game showed up in the My Games folder when the purchase was complete. I just looked and the game is no longer there. I checked my purchase history in the Origin client and it shows that I did purchase the game and that the transaction completed. Is anyone anyone else having this issue? I'm hoping that the game appears before the download officially begins in less than 3 hours.

Same here. I pre ordered today and the funds were taken but I don't have the whited out game in my queue.

Are you checking View Game Details for The Sims 4?

Hover over your Sims 4 in Origin and you will see an "i". Click on the "i" and you will see GTW as well as Game Packs and downloaded content.
