Is there any way to keep makeup/accessories on?

I can't ever take pics of my sim in the bath because he has horns and elven ears and then he MAGICALLY TURNS HUMAN when he's in the bath 
also it gets rid of his eye makeup which is also important to how he looks.
Is there a mod that will make it so the accessories stay on?
