Funny things my Sims do on there own

I made up about 6 full households of Sims just to populate my game more. I have no idea why but every time I go to Pimp Daddy Wiggins trailer, that household is having a rocking party. I mean music blasting, all the Sims are dancing and drinking something or another. And it dosn't matter what time of the day I go there. But whats weird is it only happens at this house.
One particular female sim is a tease. She is always flirty when my male sims, heck, the female ones too, talk to her but when they try to flirt back, she wants nothing to do with them.
One particular Sim loves the bar. He has no skills or anything that would want him to make drinks but he is always making them on his on.
Oh, one Sim loves to read but it seems it's only the trashy romance novels my writer sim has written. She is always either reading one of them or has it in her inventory.
