Laptop Mode killed my flowers :(

Anyone else experienced this? My GPU is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1GB

I raised this with the tech team to see if they can work out what's going on. Might be next week before we get a reply though.

Do you have any performance problems with laptop mode disabled? Your laptop might be powerful enough where you don't need laptop mode anyway. You should play with it off, for now.

If you are having a nVidia GeForce GT 650M laptop mode is not needed, it is more than powerful enough to handle the game. I play it on a rather high setting myself on an identical graphics card.

@CrystalShimmer - Which Mac do you have? Specifically, the graphics?

@IceyJ & @Lunder89 - my Mac can more than handle the game without Laptop Mode but I am trying to work out why TS4 is causing it to heat up so much, far more than even TS3 did (which was Cider related). Thankfully the fans are doing a great job of cooling it down. This is an issue which a lot of people are reporting. Enabling Laptop Mode made no difference to the heat. I also wanted to test the graphics switching to see if the Mac still automatically switched to the NVIDIA card from the Intel HD 4000, given all the current issues with the Intel (it did).

Weird that it's only the small flowers that have gone all chunky - the leafy bushes look ok.

Yeah I know, it's only those flowers, all the others look fine.
