not cooking

every time i start up my game the last two days i cant get a sim in any game to cook. it will take the money but they just stand there it doesn't even que up. i have to get out of the game and repair it and then i can play. is this something i will have to do every day?

make sure nothing is blocking the stove or frig this includes wall cabinets also try replacing both and lastly try repairing the game open origin under my games right click on sims 4 icon and select repair, good luck

thank you but nothing is blocking it, it is happening in all my save files. every day i have to repair my game to be able to play.

ok try this reset your sims 3 data files by pulling my documents/electronic arts/sims 4 to the desktop and try a test game to see if you still have the corruption. if you dont you can move back old files to the new but test each move for corruption
