lotto is not acceptable in many countries
and/or games
because its considered "gambling"
Yet there was an entire Venue along with premium items based around it in the Sims 3. Anyway, I just downloaded this today and can't wait for my sims to buy a ticket. Maybe they can finally get out of their crappy house and move into a place with a pool.

In my country lotto is fine but casino is not. But I'm pretty positive that in-game gambling that doesn't relate to real world currency is legal. And casinos look nice ain't they?
Thanks seen this mod yesterday and picked it up, I loved playing the lottery in the sims 3 and now I have it in Sims4 (Yay) but thanks again for sharing Happy simming Tori

In the Sims 3 you could buy lottery tickets and there was store content that was casino themed with premuim content.
Also, there are casinos almost everywhere, I don't see gambling as a cultural problem, more like a matter of personal morality, because it is an adiction to many.
Lottery tickets and gambling is fine in my country, but poker night with the guys is actually illegal without a proper permit. At least in Washington state anyways!

Glad people are enjoying it, I had a lot of fun (and headaches) writing it. Yes, we're getting more ambitious as we learn more of what we can do, especially with scripting. We've seen a lot of great stuff from both XML and script modders so far, and the combination of the two is proving to be pretty powerful. I think it's safe to say mods like this one are only the tip of the iceberg.
I have this mod and I never, eeeever win.
But that's okay! Because that's how the lotto is in real life, lol. Wonderful job on a wonderful mod, @Scumbumbo !

That's why it's an optional mod... If you don't like it, don't get it...
